1. Who is the team behind MySanta?
We are a small, passionate video production studio based in Ukraine. We’ve been bringing the magic of Christmas to families back home for over three years, and we’re absolutely delighted to now share that joy with families around the world. We put our hearts into every production to ensure it’s a truly magical experience for your little ones.
2. Is the video real or generated by AI?
We believe in the authentic magic of Christmas. That’s why our videos are not AI-generated animations. We hired a professional actor to play Santa and filmed him on a real, professional studio. Everything you see - the Christmas tree, the roaring fireplace, Santa’s office, and the Great Book of Effort - was lovingly built and decorated by hand. We only use advanced technology and a touch of AI to seamlessly blend your child's personal details into the footage for that final magical touch.
3. How long will the video take?
Orders placed before 5pm are sent out by the end of the day. Orders placed after 5pm are sent the following day. We put special care into every video - it’s a gift for a child, and it has to be perfect.
4. How can I pay?
You can use quick and convenient payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can also pay with any bank card. Just fill in the form and choose the payment option that suits you best on the checkout page.
5. Why is the payment processed in Ukrainian currency (UAH)?
Because our studio is based in Ukraine, we are required to process all transactions in our national currency, the Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). While we display prices in Euro on the website for your convenience, the final charge will go through in UAH. Don't worry - your bank will automatically handle the currency conversion from Euro to Hryvnia. It works exactly the same as using your card or Apple Pay when you are travelling outside the Eurozone.
6. How will I receive my video?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order number. You can use this number along with your email address on the “My Order” page to view and download your video. When your video is ready, we’ll also send you an email with a direct link.
